Graham Cracker Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 graham crackers, finely crushed
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup milk, lukewarm
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips in bowl; mix well. Stir in melted butter. Pour milk and egg over mixture; mix lightly.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 12.
