In microwave safe bowl heat butterscotch chips in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour in 1 pouch of Fiber One cereal original (2 pouches per box). Stir until well combined. Drop by spoonful onto parchment paper and let sit until hardened, about 20 minutes.

Heat oven to 425F degrees.
In large mixing bowl place 1 cup Fiber One cereal and 1/2 cup milk. Mix in 2 to 3 pureed bananas and let stand 5 minutes.

Bake in greased muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
When done, loosen from muffin tin and let cool.

Low Fat Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Bars

Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the rice cereal and fiber one in a large bowl.
In a saucepan combine the margaine with peanut butter; cook stirring constantly over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
