With beater, combine butter, boiling water, and add raw egg. Dribble thin mixture over bread crumbs, arrange stuffed olives in a row on the long side of steak.
Begin the roll of meat around the olives. Tie roll with strong cord. Flour the outside and brown. Add 1-2 cups cooking wine and roast at 350\u00b0 for at least 2 hrs.

Place mixed greens on plate, top with mushroom mixture, then place steak slices on top.
