Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    tsp salt, pepper, and paprika
    sliced onions, mushrooms
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tbsp. boiling water
    flour
Preparation
    Pound steak until thin, rub in salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread with mushrooms; arrange in layer. Blanket with layer of thin sliced onions, add pimentoes and cover with rolled bread crumbs.
    With beater, combine butter, boiling water, and add raw egg. Dribble thin mixture over bread crumbs, arrange stuffed olives in a row on the long side of steak.
    Begin the roll of meat around the olives. Tie roll with strong cord. Flour the outside and brown. Add 1-2 cups cooking wine and roast at 350\u00b0 for at least 2 hrs.
