Place all vegetables into a large roaster oven.
Rinse corned beef and place on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle spice packets included with the corned beef on top.
Pour the beer over the corned beef, being careful to not wash off the spices.
Pour water into the bottom of the roaster.
Set roaster to 300 degrees and cook for 4 - 4 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender.
Preheat oven to 325F.

Rub skin and cavity with oil and season with chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.

To avoid grease splatters on the top of your stove or having to wash an extra splatter screen, simply put bacon in a cast iron skillet with the lid on in a preheated 450* oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove the skillet, drain the bacon, and the oven stays clean and so does the top of your stove.
Enjoy now and/or you can crumble up the leftover bacon to use in omelets or other recipes for later.
Simply put them in a freezer bag and use later.
It's especially efficient when you've already heated the oven for another dish.

Blend syrup ingredients (except soda) and boil slowly for 5 minutes.
Take off heat.
Add soda.
Stir until blended.
Pour over popped corn and mix.
Bake in same pan.
Stir until kernels are coated.
Place in 200\u00b0 to 225\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
After baked, pour on counter to cool.
