In a tall glass full of ice, pour rum, coconut rum, banana liqueur and blackberry brandy. Fill glass with sour mix and orange juice, then top with a dash of grenadine. Garnish with wedges of orange and lime.
Combine rum, rum syrup, pineapple juice, and bitters, and stir until well blended.
Pour rum mixture into a glass with ice and top with sparkling wine. Squeeze lime into drink and drop slice into the glass.
In a blender blend all ingredients except 151 rum at high speed along with one tray of ice cubes until frothy.
Pour into tall glasses and top with a drizzle of 151 rum.

String your beans. Really do a good job, runner beans have really tough strings. I use as as many will fit my slow cooker half way. (At least a pound.).
Put the (country style smoked)ham hock in the cooker followed by the beans.
Cover with water.
Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
Combine according to your manufacturer's directions.
Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Success Hints: For a real treat, also prepare Rum Bath for dipping (see recipe I posted).
This recipe can be made using regualr and rapid bake cycles.
Drizzle the cake with the rum. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool a little, then add to the cake crumbs, along with cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Mix well, then form into 28 balls. Dampen slightly with water, then roll in the sprinkles, pressing lightly. Arrange on a plate to serve.

While beans are draining, lightly toast the walnuts in a dry skillet and set aside to cool then chop.
In a bowl mix together the feta, shallot and apple cider vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the walnut oil.
Place drained runner beans in a salad bowl and pour on the dressing. Gently fold in the fresh parsley.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Toss in the walnuts just before serving.
