1-Pot Hamburger Goulash

Cook hamburger, onion and garlic.
Add next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir in pasta and seasonings and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is done and goulash is no longer watery, about 20 minutes.

Place the hamburger in a large skillet with a tight-fitting cover; brown the meat until it loses its reddish color.
Add the onion and cook until they are transparent.
Stir in the remainder of the ingredients and let simmer for about 40 minutes.
Keep tightly covered all the while it is cooking.

Brown hamburger meat in a small amount of cooking oil with the chopped onion.
Remove any fat from pan.
Mix the small can of tomato paste with the cup of water.

Lucy'S Recipe (Hamburger)

Brown hamburger. Add all ingredients, plus some butter, salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer as long as you like. Just before serving, add cooked noodles.

Grandma'S Goulash

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion.
Drain.
In large pot combine macaroni, hamburger meat, Rotel, Tomatoe sauce, corn, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cut up Velveeta into cubs and add to pot.
Cover and cook on low stirring occasionally, until Velveeta is thoroughly melted.
If too thick for your liking, you may add milk by the 1/4 cup until desired consistency, but it's supposed to be rather thick.
Serve with cornbread and pinto beans.

Country Goulash

Boil potatoes that have been cut into small pieces, drain. Cook hamburger and sausage together.
Drain off grease.
Mix hamburger, sausage, corn, tomatoes, drained potatoes and barbecue sauce.
Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled.
