Hamburger Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 cubed green pepper
    10 to 12 sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed or you can use garlic salt or garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. chile powder (optional)
    2 to 3 c. canned tomatoes or tomato sauce and V-8
    1/4 tsp. pepper (coarse grind if possible)
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. dry parsley or 3 Tbsp. fresh
    2 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger in frying pan; drain off fat.
    (Use a large electric frypan so you can add all the ingredients and continue cooking.)
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook on low and keep turning so it doesn't burn.
    Taste and add more salt if needed. Cover and allow to cook very slowly, about 1/2 hour.
    Top with grated cheese and cover, about 15 minutes.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
