For dressing: combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For salad: combine ingredients, adding pecans and oranges last. Add dressing and gently toss.
Preparation time does not include cooking pecans.

Cook sugar, honey and water to soft ball stage.
Add walnuts and vanilla.
Stir until coated, creamy and thick.
Pour onto waxed paper and break into individual pieces.

Add brown sugar, vanilla and walnuts. Melt the margarine on cookie sheet in a 250\u00b0 oven.
Pour walnut mixture on cookie sheet and turn with spatula every 15 minutes until dry, approximately 1 hour.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar and boiling water.
Boil to 246\u00b0 or until mixture forms a firm ball when dropped in cold water.
Add walnuts and cool.
Turn out onto waxed paper to cool. Separate the nuts.
Pecans may also be used.
Toast the walnuts, then finely chop.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, agave and oil.
Stir carrots, raisins and walnuts into wet ingredients.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Place batter into 2 well greased, round 9 Inch cake pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and spread with coconut frosting.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bananas, flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, walnuts, egg, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Drop 3 tablespoonfuls of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and edges are set, 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min.
