I use this recipe for leftover beef and gravy.
Brown onion and green pepper.
Add gravy and curry powder.
(This will spice up the gravy; add until desired spiciness.)
Add beef (cubed), apples (cut in small pieces) and raisins.
Cook until apples are soft and raisins are plump.
Serve over rice.

TO PREPARE:
Brown the roast on all sides in a skillet. Transfer the roast to a slow cooker. Add the broth, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, rosemary, oregano and bay leaves to the slow cooker. Add enough water to cover the roast.
Cook, covered, on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Discard the bay leaves. Remove the roast to a platter and shred if needed. Serve the shredded beef on buns with pan juices for dipping. Rump roast is preferred for this recipe.
SERVES: 10 - 12.
Place beef roast in a 10 quart Crock Pot and dump in the entire jar of pepperoncinis, including the juice.
If the liquid does not come to the top of the beef roast, add just enough water to be level with the top of the roast.
Set Crock Pot on low heat and cook for 8-10 hours.
To serve, drain juices from meet but reserve pepperoncinis. Shred meat on a platter and arrange pepperoncinis around the outside. Serve on a burger bun or beef only with or without pepperoncinis.

Cut potatoes and onions in to 4 pieces, making each piece one quarter of the potato/onion.
Cut beef roast in to two inch square pieces.

Don't add water, it will make it's own liquid.

Pour over roast. Cover and cook slowly 2 hours or until tender.
Mix dumplings and drop in by spoonfuls.
Cover tightly and steam for 15 minutes. Thicken liquid for gravy, if desired.
Put large boneless beef roast or brisket in nonmetallic container.
Combine water, salt, sugar, peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and pickling spices.
Pour mixture over meat and refrigerate for 2 days.
Discard marinade liquid.

Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast.
Pour the water around the roast.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Optional tweaks:
1. Use onion soup mix instead of ranch.
2. Add one cup of red wine along with the water.
3. Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery and onion 2-3 hours before end.
Put beef roast in roaster.
Blend Coca-Cola and mushroom soup; pour over roast. Sprinkle with onion soup. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until nice and tender.
Place beef roast in slow cooker.
Season with garlic and peppercorn.
Add onions, carrots, and potatoes.
Pour Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce on top.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Put beef roast in bottom of crockpot.
Add mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and canned drink.
Cook on high 6 to 8 hours. Good over rice or potatoes.
Cut beef roast in large chunks.
Toss with flour.
Place carrot sticks in bottom of crock-pot.
Place meat on top of carrots in layers with one envelope soup mix sprinkled between layer.
Add 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 cup water.
Cook on low all day until tender.
Cut potatoes into chunks.
Cut carrots into slices.
Rinse beef roast; season with salt and pepper.
Place all of the ingredients, except gravy mix, into crock-pot.
Add 2 quarts of water and the gravy mix.
