Beef Roast In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast, cut in large chunks
    flour
    carrot sticks
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef roast in large chunks.
    Toss with flour.
    Place carrot sticks in bottom of crock-pot.
    Place meat on top of carrots in layers with one envelope soup mix sprinkled between layer.
    Add 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 cup water.
    Cook on low all day until tender.
