Slice the cucumbers and onions.
Put salt over them.

You slice the cucumbers and onions in your container and use enough sour cream to form a consistency to hold them together.

After it sets a while, juice will form from the cucumbers.
It can be stirred in or if it might make it too juicy, spoon some of the juice off if it comes to the top.
