Ingredients

4 medium cucumbers, peeled
1 large Vidalia onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Slice cucumbers, peeled.
Cut Vidalia onion in quarters and slice.
Sprinkle with salt and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Drain.
If less salt desired, rinse under cold water.
Wad up a couple of paper towels and stir through cucumbers and onions to remove excess moisture.
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, dash of garlic salt.
Fold in cucumbers and onions. Store in refrigerator.
