Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
2 medium onions
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. herb seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Peel cucumbers and slice into thin rounds.
Cut onions into rings and separate.
In a bowl combine vinegar, sugar, salt, herbs and pepper.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over cucumbers and onions.
Refrigerate for several hours, stirring once or twice.
