Cucumbers And Homemade Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    onions
    salt
    sugar
    mayonnaise
    evaporated milk
    vinegar
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and onions; slice (as many as you desire). Salt well.
    Place in bowl with a dish over top with something heavy on the dish.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour; drain.
    Using your own judgement, mix enough mayonnaise and evaporated milk to thin the mayonnaise a little.
    Add vinegar and sugar to taste.
    Pour over cucumbers and mix well.
    Keep mixing until mayonnaise mixture is thinned from the juice of the cucumbers and cucumbers and onions are well-coated.
    Will keep in refrigerator several days.
