Put the lime slices, basil, & hot sauce in a shaker. With a muddler or long pestle, grind the ingredients in the bottom of the shaker for about 30 seconds.

Rub lemon around rim of glass.
Measure celery salt to a flat saucer.
Turn glass in celery salt to coat rim.
To the glass, add Vodka, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, Clamato juice, Tabasco sauce and stir well to blend.
Place a young stick of celery, pickled bean or pickled asparagus as a garnish and it is good to chew on.
Eat and drink slowly.
Note: A pickled spicy bean or an pickled asparagus spear are also excellent for a garnish in the drink.
Mott's Clamato juice is available in regular or spicy mix.

In large frying pan or electric skillet, fry bacon, garlic, celery, onion and pepper in olive oil until onion is translucent (do not brown).
Add the rest of the ingredients except the Clamato juice and the shrimp.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours, adding Clamato juice as necessary to thin the sauce.
Add shrimp and boil for no longer than 10 minutes.

heat a large saucepanon medium-high. Saute the onion and garlic in a little oil for about 3 minutes. Add the potatoes and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add Clamato and broth, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
While the potatoes simmer, hear a skillet over medium-high heat and saute chorizo for about 10 minutes. Drain fat and reserve.
When potatoes are soft, mash them in the pan, then add chorizo and greens. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and let heat through.
Saute lightly, onions and bacon.
Drain clams reserving juice.
In a large stock pot, boil clamato juice, clam broth and drained broth from clams.
When broth and clamato come to a boil, add bacon and onions.
Bring back to boil,then add barley, rice,and carrots.
Bring back to boil and then simmer for 1/2 hour.
Now add tobasco, pepper and potatoes.
Simmer again for another 45 minutes.
Add clams.
Thicken soup if desired (equal amounts of flour and water mixed together.
For rim trim - place lime juice and celery salt in separate saucers. Dip beer mug in lime juice first then into celery salt.
Fill mug with ice.
For best results, place vodka, tabasco, chipotle tabasco, liquid smoke, bbq sauce and worcestershire in a shaker or separate glass. Mix WELL!
Pour over ice and top with clamato juice. Stir gently to avoid marring rim trim.
Trim glass with a slice of lemon and a slice of lime. Pop in a spear of hot picklet asparagus or hot pickled bean.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the tops and seeds of the peppers; rinse & dry and place upright in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, oregano, 1/2 cup Clamato Juice, salt and pepper.
Fill each pepper with the meat mixture, dividing evenly.
Combine the remaining 2 cups of Clamato juice with the ketchup and pour over the peppers.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Steam sausage for 15 minutes to reduce fat

Saute ground meat and onions on medium-high heat. When starting to brown, add seasoning packet and garlic, stir to combine.
Add green pepper and Clamato and let simmer for 10 minutes; Let cool.
Take a pie crust and cut twelve, 3-inch rounds.
Place spoonful of mixture on the center of a round. Fold in half and pinch closed then flute edge with a fork.
Repeat with remaining dough and mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm.

Place gelatine, Clamato juice and V-8 juice in a small pan; mix well and bring to a boil.

Add 6 drops of Tabasco sauce.
Pour in a well-oiled mold.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers.
