For Caramelized Onions:
Heat the butter

Toss the chopped walnuts with the remaining tablespoon flour
Toss oats with apple juice until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
For caramelized apples, heat butter in a large frying pan over high heat. Add apple and maple syrup. Cook for 4-5 mins, stirring occasionally, until caramelized.
Before serving, add yogurt, apple, strawberries, almonds and honey to oats. Mix well. Transfer between serving bowls. Top with caramelized apples.

Toast the walnuts, then finely chop.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, agave and oil.
Stir carrots, raisins and walnuts into wet ingredients.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Place batter into 2 well greased, round 9 Inch cake pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and spread with coconut frosting.
Serve.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bananas, flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, walnuts, egg, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Drop 3 tablespoonfuls of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and edges are set, 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.

For the dry mix: Combine all

Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer ham, then onion, then Swiss cheese over pie crust.

VARIATIONS:
You can substitute almonds or pecans for the walnuts as well as mix in any of your favorite herbs for a flavor that suits you. If you don't have fresh herbs available, dry ones will work too.
