Taco-Ranch Dressing: Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a

Smash the garlic
Combine Ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise and milk.
Mix well. (This will actually make a double strength salad dressing.)
Use 1/2 cup of this dressing mix and blend with cream cheese.

Add Cheddar cheese and blend.
Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.
Shape cheese mixture into ball.
Roll cheese ball in roasted almonds.
Saute mushrooms, onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Stir in tomato, water, lemon juice and seasonings.
Place pork chop in baking dish and spoon vegetable mixture over top.
Bake at 350 until pork chop is done.
If using a thick pork chop, cut through the thick part
of the bottle of ranch dressing in; seal and smoosh around

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoons water and cornstarch. Pour over pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20-25 minute or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Remove pork chop and keep warm.
Stir together cornstarch and 1 tablespoons water and stir into the pan juices. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute or until thickened. Pour over pork.

Pour it in a jar, tighten the lid, and place in the fridge for about an hour or more to thicken.
