Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.

PLACE ground turkey into large bowl. ADD one tablespoon flour. CRACK one egg into a measuring cup. ADD spices and vegetable oil to egg. BEAT egg mixture thoroughly. POUR mixture over over turkey. PLACE kitchen gloves over your hands if desired for next step. COMBINE mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. BROWN sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions. Combine water and yeast in lg bowl; let stand for 5 minutes.
With wooden spoon, stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt.
Add flour, 1 cup at a time and beat in as much as you can.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Coat bottom and sides of 8 x 8-inch pan with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle pan with 3 tablespoons of nuts.
Add remaining nuts, brown sugar and water to butter remaining in saucepan; heat to a boil, stirring frequently.
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. When done, add milk and lay cheese on top
to melt.
Meanwhile, brown meat and onion together; drain grease.
Add meat and onion to macaroni and cheese.
Stir well to combine.
Add picante sauce (you may add more or less to your taste) and stir well.

Add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.

Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.

Top with cheese slices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until deep, golden brown and crust is no longer doughy.
