Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Press down sandwich.
Place on heated grill and smoosh down so sandwich remains even.
Cook until flattened and golden brown.

Cuban Pie Crust Directions:

Makes a delicious, quick, easy snack.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in a bowl and cover with water.
Place noodles in another bowl and cover with hot water.
After vegetables have separated and thawed, drain.
Tear noodles into 4 pieces or just separate them, leave in bowl for a few more minutes, then drain.
Brown meat in oil.
Add drained vegetables and noodles.
Stir together; then add first 5 ingredients which you have set aside.
Stir until sauce thickens and vegetables are done.
Cut Cuban bread into 6 8-inch
Slice bread down middle lengthwise. Layer ingredients to cover bottom half of bread in the following order: ham, pork, salami, cheese, and pickles. Spread mustard on top half of bread. cover bottom half and slice sandwich diagonally. Sandwich may be heated in oven or served at room temperature. If Cuban bread is not available, you may use French bread (baguette type) or Italian bread.
Butterfly pork lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through; press open to flatten.
Place pork in large plastic food storage bag; pour in Kikkoman Quick& Easy Marinade.
Press air out of bag; close top securely.
Turn bag over several times to coat pork well.
Marinate 20 minutes, turning over once.
Grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals 8 minutes.
Turn pork over; brush with additional marinade.
Cook 7 to 8 minutes longer or until just done.
(Do not overcook).

Bring water and salt to a boil in a small saucepan; cook onions in the boiling water until just tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup water in saucepan, and return onions to pan. Add butter to onions.
Mix milk and quick-mixing flour together in a bowl; add to onion mixture. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in more quick-mixing flour if mixture is too thin.
