Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the cream, eggs, parmesan and mustard. Season to taste. Drain pasta and return to pan. Toss cream mixture, pancetta and parsley with hot pasta. Serve topped with extra parsley and accompany with a salad and crusty bread, if desired.
Mix together the vinegar, sugar, garlic and chili in a large shallow salad bowl. Gradually whisk in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Using a vegetable peeler, peel the zucchini and squash into long thin strips and add to the bowl with the dressing and toss to coat. Top with the smoked mackerel and serve with crusty bread.

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Stir until ingredients are well-combined and bring to a simmer.
Add Velveeta cheese to simmering mixture; stir until combined & melted.
Add cooked Uncle Bens Wild Rice; stir until combined.
Add salt & pepper to taste, as well as any water, to give desired texture.
Serve hot with crusty bread.

In a large pot: Brown ground beef, drain any fat.
Add onions and garlic, saute with ground beef until tender.
Note: At this point you place the ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Standard stove top cooking: Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
Simmer for 1-2 hours on stove top until cabbage is tender. Stirring occasionally. Check fro additional seasonings.
Serve with a crusty bread.
In a large soup pot brown the beef with the onion, celery and minced garlic.
Drain the fat from the beef and stir in the dried spices, tomato sauce and the water.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the macaroni and cheese, parmesan cheese.
Cook until noodles are al dente (cooked but firm).
Add the peas and carrots and cook 2 minutes more.
Serve with a nice crusty bread and creamy butter.
