Quick Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh fettuccine
    1 1/4 cups cream
    3 large eggs
    1.5 oz grated parmesan
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    5 oz pancetta, thickly sliced
    1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped, plus extra for garnish
    None None Salad, to serve (optional)
    None None Crusty bread, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the cream, eggs, parmesan and mustard. Season to taste. Drain pasta and return to pan. Toss cream mixture, pancetta and parsley with hot pasta. Serve topped with extra parsley and accompany with a salad and crusty bread, if desired.
