Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Place candy canes in a plastic bag & hammer into 1/4 inch chunks or smaller.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with white chocolate (add peppermint flavoring at this point if desired).
Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet prepared with layered parchment paper & place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm.
Remove from cookie sheet & break into pieces (like peanut brittle).
let ice cream soften slightly .
spread evenly in pie crust.
squeeze chocolate syrup over pie in a criss-cross motion .
do the same with the caramel syrup in oppostie direction .
sprinkle top of pie with the crushed candy topping .
freeze until ready to serve .

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk until well blended and mixture just begins to thicken. Stir in chocolate morsels, if desired.
Add contents of Reddi-wip can; stir gently but quickly until well blended. Pour into crust; cover.
Refrigerate 6 hours, or until set. Cut into 8 slices to serve. Garnish with additional Reddi-wip and crushed candy, if desired.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix brown sugar, butter, egg yolk and vanilla.
Stir in flour and salt.
Press evenly into greased oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
Bake until very light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Crust will be soft.

Next squirt two dots in the middle for the eyes. Top with 2 mini M&Ms of the same color.
With the gel frosting, make a \"V\" for the beak - and then an upside-down \"Y\" for the feet.
