Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Note:
Use applesauce in baking to cut back or cut the fat in the recipe.
To do this, replace some or all of the fat in baking recipes with applesauce.
Place strawberries in bowl.
Add sugar; mix well and let set for 20 to 30 minutes to sweeten berries.
Mix cream cheese and margarine together with mixer.
Gradually add box of sugar while mixing with mixer.
Add just enough milk to make easy to spread on cake.
Mix in flavoring.
Take knife and make holes in top of cake, about every 2 inches.
Put tablespoon of strawberry mixture in holes.
Cover entire cake with icing.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
Cut the angel food cake in half (horizontally).
Make a trench in the bottom half and scoop out cake.
Fill the trench with strawberries that have been thawed.
Take the scooped out cake pieces, the remainder of thawed strawberries and a little Cool Whip and mix together in a bowl.
Place the top half of the cake back on the cake.
Fill hole of cake with strawberry cake pieces and Cool Whip mixture.
Ice total cake with remainder of Cool Whip.
Decorate with whole strawberries.
Very easy, very good.

CAKE:
Make cake as directed on box. (I always use the 13x9 pan.).
FROSTING:
In a medium bowl, mix the cool whip, pudding, and peanut butter until smooth.
Frost the cooled cake with the frosting. Put in the refrigerator for an hour or so (to give the frosting time to set up).
* Optional- If you like, you may drizzle chocolate syrup across the top for a pretty presentation.
** Cooking time includes chill time.
Spray desired size pans with cooking spray.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions with the following modifications: Add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour to the dry mix and stir well. Substitute an equal amount of Mott's natural applesauce for the vegetable oil.
Bake and cool as directed.
Frost cake with your choice of Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe light frosting and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
Break angel food cake into small pieces.
Make pudding according to directions on box.
Pour over angel food cake. Spread Cool Whip over top of pudding.
Crumble up candy bars and sprinkle over top of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours before cutting.
Use a regular 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs.
Stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.
Stir in decorator sprinkles from cake mix.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread frosting over cookies.
Makes 3 dozen.

Select your favorite flavor and brand of cake mix. Spray desired size pan or pans with cooking spray. Prepare according to package directions with the following modifications.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the dry mix and blend well. Substitute an equal amount of Mott's natural applesauce for vegetable oil and substitute an equal amount of egg whites for the whole eggs. Cool in pan or pans on rack. Remove when cool. Frost cake and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
Makes 16 servings.
Bake two 16 oz cake recipes in a Wiltons doll cake pan.
Remove
Grease pans.
Prepare cake mix according to directions, except substitute applesauce for oil.
Add 1 tablespoon flour to dry mix. Cook, cool and frost, if desired.
Spread cherry pie filing in 8 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cook pudding with milk until it boils. Add to cake mix along with oil and mix well. Pour into slightly greased 9 X 13 pan. sprinkle chips and nuts over top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until done. Quick & Easy!
Combine all ingredients.
Mix for 5 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
Pour batter into a greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Mix pineapple, pudding mix and Cool Whip together and ice prepared angel food cake.
