Quick Easy Wine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. California sherry (dry, medium or cream)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix for 5 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Pour batter into a greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 45 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
