Separate crescent rolls into two rectangles.
Place in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press over bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of pan to form crust. Seal perforations.
Sprinkle cheeses over dough. Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushroom pieces. Pour over cheeses. Sprinkle with bacon bits and parsley. Bake at 357\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares. Recipe is easily doubled and baked on cookie sheet.
Separate triangles of dinner rolls.
Place 7 triangles in quiche dish or 9-inch pie pan.
Bring together to form crust. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Handle crab meat gently.
Pour into crust.
Roll out remaining dinner rolls and cut in strips.
Place on top to form top crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 60 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.

In a bowl, toss vegetables until mixed pretty good. Put vegetables into the pie plate.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs with milk. Pour egg/milk mixture over the vegetables. Shake it a bit to get the egg mix to the bottom of the plate.
Crumble up the goat cheese and mix into the quiche.
Top quiche with leftover goat cheese crumbles.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
