Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can crescent dinner rolls
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic salt
pinch of thyme
pinch of tarragon
Preparation

Use small amount of oil in skillet to saute zucchini, onions and spices.
Line 9-inch pie plate with crescent dinner rolls. Spread mustard on top.
Fill with hot zucchini mixture.
Add beat up eggs.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
