When the cheese mixture is firm, shape it into a ball. To make it look like a pumpkin, score the sides with vertical lines using a butter knife. Add the pretzel rod for a stem and transfer to a serving platter.

Dip the pretzel rod halfway into the melted white chocolate then sprinkle the sprinkles, cake decorations or mini M&M's over the wet chocolate. Lay on wax paper or place in a cup to dry.

Fun And Fancy White Pretzel Rods

Line 2 large cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
Over hot (not boiling) water, melt white coating, stirring frequently until smooth.
Remove from heat.
While holding pretzel rod over saucepan, spoon melted white coating over pretzel within 1 inch of the top.
Shake off excess.
Sprinkle with nonpareils, colored sugars or sprinkles; place on prepared cookie sheets.
Repeat with remaining pretzel rods.
(If coating becomes too thick, place over hot water or low heat.)
Refrigerate to set coating.

Place chocolate in microwave-safe bowl; heat until melted. Dip each pretzel rod about halfway into chocolate.

Place on waxed paper.

Gourmet Pretzel Rods

In a microwave safe dish, combine caramels and water. Microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute.
Dip a pretzel rod into melted caramel. Reserve about an inch at the end to use as a handle, and spread smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Attach 12 chocolate pieces, then roll in chopped peanuts. Place on wax paper until set.

Bacon Parmesan Pretzels

Wrap a slice of bacon around each pretzel rod.
Place on a microwave safe dish covered with two layers of paper towels.
Microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until bacon is cooked to a golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven and roll each pretzel rod in a plate covered with parmesan cheese.
Stand upright in a mug or attractive dish to serve.

Chocolate Crunch Pretzels

Crush cereal between two sheets of wax paper with rolling pin. Mix crushed cereal and mini chocolate chips together, then spread this mixture onto a serving tray.
With a butter knife, spread a coat of peanut butter on approximately half of the pretzel rod. Then roll the coated part of rod in cereal and chip mixture. Repeat for all pretzel rods.
Great snack for 6 to 8 kids.

Line baking sheet with wax paper. Place each candy on separate sheets of wax paper.
Dip pretzel rods halfway into chocolate; shake off excess. Roll rods in candies (one candy type per pretzel rod); place on prepared baking sheet.
Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden. Once hardened, remove from baking sheets and store, covered, in cool place with wax paper between layers.

Bacon Wrapped Pretzels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a wire rack.
Mix brown sugar, chili powder, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl. Dredge both sides of each bacon slice in the brown sugar mixture. Wrap a coated bacon slice around each pretzel rod, leaving a small space at the bottom of pretzel uncovered for easy handling. Arrange wrapped pretzels on the wire rack atop the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crisp, 15 to 20 minutes.

Put the chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler.
Put water in the bottom pan, and heat the water, to melt the chocolate chips in the top pan.
When chips are melted, take off stove, and dip pretzel rods first in the chocolate to about half way down the rod, then dip the tip into the sprinkles about 2\" down the chocolate, and lay on waxed paper.
Let the chocolate harden a good 1/2 hour.
I wrapped mine individually in green saran wrap for the holidays, to keep them fresh.

Separate 1/2 cup frosting between 2 bowls. Add orange food coloring to 1 bowl; mix until blended.
Line a medium glass container with waxed paper.
Spread frosting over the top half of each pretzel rod. Roll in sprinkles until heavily covered. Place rods upright in the prepared container to harden and dry.

Place a large piece of waxed paper on a work surface; arrange pretzels on waxed paper.
Place three tiny dots of marshmallow creme next to each other in a few areas on each pretzel rod; top each dot with a mini chocolate chip. These will be your 'picnic ants'.
Place more dots of the marshmallow creme around the 'ants' and cover them with white chocolate chips. It should look like little ants going for pieces of food at a picnic.
Allow the candies rest on the marshmallow creme for a few minutes before eating.
