On individual salad plates, arrange lettuce.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix chiles and cheeses and put into a buttered shallow casserole.
In a small bowl combine milk, egg yolks, flour, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whites into the yolk mixture.
Then pour the mixture over the cheese and chile mixture and carefully blend.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and lay tomato slices over the entire top.

To ice, mix all remaining fruit gelatin in package with egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and water.
Place over boiling water and beat with electric mixer on high speed or rotary beater until icing holds stiff peaks.
Remove from over boiling water and beat about 1 minute longer.

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Add whole bottle red food coloring; mix well.

Pour pickle juice in to fill all spaces.
Cover tightly and refrigerate 1 week.

Heat soups with milk, stirring until smooth.
Do not add water to soup.
Remove from heat.
Stir in uncooked rice and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over top. Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
In a large soup pot combine the stock, the undrained tomatoes, potato, onion, celery, carrot, cabbage, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in the beans, corn, zucchini, and pasta. Simmer for 10 to 15 more minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season wit salt and pepper.
