100 Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. oil
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick oats
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips or Bits 'O Brickle
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix sugars, margarine, oil, cereal, coconut, oats, egg and vanilla; mix well.
    Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips or Brickle.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    These cookies stay crisp a long time and make a lot of cookies.
