BASIC BREAD:
Mix the flours, salt
ver medium heat, combine the orange zest, 1/4 cup of
ECOMMENDED YOU DOUBLE THE HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE RECIPE. (STEP ONE): PREHEAT oven
Do not use the delayed bake feature for this recipe.
Use the sweet bake program.
Glaze this bread if you like with powdered sugar and orange juice.
Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Combine next 5 ingredients and stir together.
Add orange juice mixture to flour mixture; stir until moist.
Do not beat.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Put mixture into a greased pan and cook for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Yields 1 bread.

Grease and flour
2 loaf pans (8 x 4-inch).
In a large bowl, combine
flour,
cranberries, sugar, nuts, baking powder and salt. In
a
small
bowl,
beat\tegg, orange peel, orange juice and mayonnaise\tuntil
smooth;\tstir into flour mixture just until moistened.\tSpoon
into
pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool
in
pans
for
10
minutes.\tRemove from pans; cool completely.
Will be easier to slice on second day. Makes 2 loaves.
Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by its manufacturer.
Process on the bread cycle.
Sift flour with sugar; add cranberries, walnuts and grated orange peel.
Combine beaten egg and Wesson oil with orange juice. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.
Bake in greased loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until done (check after 40 to 45 minutes).
Remove from pan and cool.
In large mixing bowl, combine oil, milk and dry ingredients. Mix until dry ingredients are moist.
Pour batter into greased pan.
Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Cream the shortening. Add sugar gradually. Add egg.
Beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and orange juice alternately. Blend well after each addition. Add nuts, raisins, grated orange rind and apples. Pour into well-greased loaf pans.
Makes 3 small loaves or 1 large loaf.

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix egg, oil and orange. Add to the dry ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.

Add cereal and raisins and stir.
Mix egg, oil, orange juice and cranberry sauce in separate bowl.
Stir into flour mixture, mixing until dry ingredients are moist.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with soft cream cheese mixed with orange marmalade.
