Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar; add cranberries, walnuts and grated orange peel.
    Combine beaten egg and Wesson oil with orange juice. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.
    Bake in greased loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until done (check after 40 to 45 minutes).
    Remove from pan and cool.
