Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour, sifted
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. orange peel
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix egg, oil and orange. Add to the dry ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
