Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, orange peel, orange extract and milk to butter and sugar.
Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and pecans.
Mix until all ingredients are combined. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Best second day; freezes well.
I usually double the recipe.
