For the cheese sauce, heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and saute onion, garlic and 1/2 the jalapenos. Add milk and simmer for 1-2 mins. Gradually add cheese and stir until melted and has a smooth consistency. Remove pan from heat and pour sauce over tortilla chips. Add remaining jalapenos. Serve in bowls, garnished with chili flakes and tomato salsa on the side.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Arrange 4 shallow ovenproof dishes on a baking tray.
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on a separate baking tray. Bake for 8-10 mins, until crisp. Divide evenly between dishes.
In a bowl, combine beans and onion. Divide mixture among dishes. Top with avocado. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10-15 mins, until heated through and cheese has melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Cover entire plate with nachos.
Cover nachos with cheese, then beans.
Add another layer of nachos, then cheese.
Top with black olives and scallions.
Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes. Top with sour cream.

Put chips on baking sheet and cover with cheese. Place in oven until cheese melts.
Sprinkle pork over chips. Garnish with salsa and cilantro. Serve hot.
