Heat oven to 350\u00b0F Grease and/or like 6 jumbo muffin cups.
In a large bowl, beat together egg, sour cream, buttermilk, orange juice and zest, lemon zest, oil, molasses, ginger, vanilla, stevia, bran twigs and 12-grain hot cereal. Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in wheat germ, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until just combined, then fold in the dried kiwi.
Portion into the muffin tin and bake 42 minutes.
Cool in the tin 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
Mix Nabisco Bran and boiling water together.
Set aside. Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs.
Add buttermilk and Nabisco mixture and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients and add All-Bran.
Fold into the Nabisco Bran mixture.
Bake as many as you want at 425\u00b0 for 17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Will keep in refrigerator for about 1 month.
Make 4 1/2 quarts.
Cut each slice bacon into 3 pieces.
Wrap around Twigs.
Cook in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until bacon is done.
Use microwave oblong dish with paper towel on bottom and top.
Roll in Parmesan cheese.
Will freeze well.
