Mt. Dew Cake

Mix all together, except nuts. Place nuts in bottom of Bundt pan. Pour batter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.

Patriotic Cake(Easy, Delicious And Pretty)

Use your favorite white cake recipe or use 1 white cake mix and bake according to instructions in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the cake with a toothpick, fork tines, etc.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Melt butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package, or make your favorite cake recipe and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.

Heart-Shaped Cake

Prepare favorite white cake recipe or boxed cake mix and divide batter between 1 (8-inch) square pan and 1 (8-inch) round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Remove cakes from pan and cool.

Japanese Fruit Cake

Use any good cake recipe
to make 4 layers.
Bake 2 plain, then add raisins, nut meats, cinnamon and cloves.
When cool stick with filling.

Mountain Dew Cake

Mix and bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Easy Apple Dumplings

Place one slice of apple in large end of each triangle.
Roll up and fold opening as best you can.
Place in greased heavy pan (11x9-inch).
Melt margarine, sugar and cinnamon together and pour over dumplings.
Pour Mt. Dew around dumplings.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take foil off after half the baking time to brown and thicken up.

P. T. A. Punch

Place frozen juice in punch bowl.
Add 1 cold Mt. Dew in punch bowl and keep adding as needed.
This punch has been served for all PTA and PTSO functions at Walker Elementary and Northside High School for the past 12 years.
I'm sure the tradition will continue with Northside Middle School.

Mix well and serve over crushed ice.

Small Apple Dumplings

Unroll crescents. Wrap 1 slice apple in each and pinch edges to seal. Melt margarine. Place dumplings in well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle butter or margarine over dumplings. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Pour Mt. Dew over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Peel and cut each apple in 8 pieces, then cook in microwave 2 minutes. Unroll dough, putting 1 apple piece in each triangle. Wrap and seal edges. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Heat oleo, sugar and cinnamon (in microwave 3 minutes), then pour over dumplings. Pour Mt. Dew in bowl and add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken; pour over everything else. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Apple Dumplings

Melt 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 can Mt. Dew. Pour over dumplings and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more depending on oven.

Heather Ray'S Delicious Popcorn

Place popcorn in microwave for 4 minutes on High.
When finished, serve with Mt. Dew.
Makes a scrumptious snack.

Apple Dumplings

Peel apples and cut into eight wedges each. Place one wedge on each unrolled crescent roll and wrap large end to small end. Place each roll in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Melt margarine and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Pour over dumplings; then pour Mt. Dew over the dumplings and sugar mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Apple Dumplins

Peel apples and cut into 8 pieces each. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Roll 1 piece of apple up in a crescent roll (may sprinkle with cinnamon if you like). Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt oleo with sugar and pour over rolls. Then pour Mt. Dew over rolls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Then cover lightly and bake 10 minutes more.

Chocolate Cola Cake

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x9 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
*The 9x9 pan is very important for the moistness and brownie like texture of the cake.
**If you don't like chocolate use a yellow cake mix and either diet mt. dew or diet sprite and leave out the cinnamon.

Crock Pot Mt. Dew-Pineapple Ham

Place the ham in the crock pot.
Pour the Mountain Dew onto the ham.
Spread the pineapple over the ham's surface with the juice.
Stud the ham with as many cherries as desired and add the juice.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours based on the size of the ham.
Baste the ham occasionally.

Mod'S Mountain Dew Cake (Rcdc)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan or a tube pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and Dew. Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan and bake for 30 too 35 minutes. Or in a tube pan for 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
Mix together glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove.
Continue boiling for two minutes.
Pour glaze onto cake while glaze is still hot.
Let cool before flipping onto platter.

Mountain Dew Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease bundt pan with solid shortening and dust with flour.
Combine cake mix, oil, water, Mountain Dew, eggs, and pudding mix.
Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
For glaze: Combine butter, Mountain Dew, and sugar in a saucepan.
Cook until mixture coats spoon.
Pour over cake while in pan.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.

Mountain Dew Cake

Combine egg yolks, pineapple, butter and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding, Mountain Dew and oil.
Stir in fruit mixture and pour into a cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then sprinkle with coconut.
