Easy Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls (16 triangles)
    2 Granny Smith apples peeled and cut into 8 pieces each
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    12 oz. can of Mt. Dew
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place one slice of apple in large end of each triangle.
    Roll up and fold opening as best you can.
    Place in greased heavy pan (11x9-inch).
    Melt margarine, sugar and cinnamon together and pour over dumplings.
    Pour Mt. Dew around dumplings.
    Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take foil off after half the baking time to brown and thicken up.
