Whisk together the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Mix sugars together and add butter, then cream together.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix together and add to flour mixture.
Fold chips into dough.
Use an ice cream scoop to drop cookies onto ungreased silver cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
