Pre heat oven to 450F Toss the florets in a plastic bag or bowl with the olive oil& Mrs Dash Table Blend.
Spread florets on a cookie sheet and roast for apprx 45 to 60 minutes or until nicely browned.
Flip them 3 or 4 times while roasting- the longer they are in the oven the sweeter they get!
Dip potatoes in olive oil and place on cookie sheet. Add salt and Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 until fork-tender.

Brown ground beef and sausage; drain.
Add onion and Mrs. Dash blend.
You may use more or less of onion and Mrs.
Dash according to your taste.
Chop Velveeta cheese and blend in with beef/sausage.
Spread on party rye bread and place slices on cookie sheet or tray that will fit in microwave.
Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour. Stir in milk, cream and broth. Cook until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat.
Stir in chicken, dash of pepper or 1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table blend, vegetables and rice. Cook and stir until rice is tender and heated through.
Yields 4 servings.
Heat up the oil in a skillet. Add the onion and garlic and cook just until softened. Add the mushrooms and Mrs. Dash, cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the oatmeal and serve.
Peel and mash avocados.
Slightly heat Cream Cheese until very soft. Mix with Sour Cream.
Stir mashed Avocado into Sour Cream and Cream Cheese mixture.
Add Taco Seasoning, Salt, and Mrs. Dash.
Mix to taste. Add more seasoning to taste if desired.
Pour into flat bottomed serving dish.
Top with diced tomato and cheese.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
*May substitute 1/2 teaspoon salt for Molly McButter and Mrs. Dash.
Mix spinach, coleslaw and scallions. Set aside.
Saute the almonds in the margarine - when almost brownd, add sesame seeds until brown. When cool, add to spinach mixture.
Refrigerate spinach mixture until ready to serve.
Mix together salad oil, Accent, Mrs. Dash, pepper, sugar and rice vinegar. Refrigerate.
At time of serving, crush the 2 packages of Ramen noodles and add to spinach mixture. Pour salad dressing over spinach mixture, mix and serve.
Brown hamburger in skillet, once browned drain excess grease.
Add the 2 packets of the Lipton Beef & Onion soup mix and the 2 1/2 cups of water to the hamburger in skillet. Season with Mrs Dash and garlic powder, then add the egg noodles, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes for the noodles to cook and thicken the sauce. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
Add 1/2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash and saute for a minute.
Add the brown sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add the cooked carrots and continue to saute for about five minutes or until the sugar starts to glaze the carrots.
Taste and add more of the seasoning if you like.
