Montreal Seasoned Oven Fries

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Scrub potatoes and slice into 1/2\" x 1/2\" wide strips.
Place potatoes in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with montreal seasoning. Then toss with hands to coat throughly.
Roast for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

Montreal Baked Fish

Pre-heat oven to 400.
Spray 9X9 pan with cooking spray and put fish in pan.
Mix butter, onion, Montreal Seasoning, and Miracle Whip and spread on top of fish.
Bake for 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish (until fish flakes easily with a fork).
Top with cheese and bake til melted (5 minutes).
(I may overcook my fish, but that's how my husband likes it- I usually cook it for 20 minutes, than an additional 5 or so with the cheese).
Serve with rice to use up all the delicious sauce.

Montreal Steak With Marinade

Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire, liquid smoke and garlic in a bag or container. Add steaks and turn to coat. Marinate overnight turning once or twice.
Remove steaks and discard used marinade. Season with Montreal steak seasoning.
Grill to taste.

Montreal Peppered Steak

Mix oil, soy sauce and Steak Seasoning in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Montreal Steak

Combine olive oil, soy sauce and Montreal Steak Seasoning in a glass dish or plastic bag.
Add steak and cover dish or seal bag.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill or broil to desired doneness.

Jamaican Jerk Sauce

Saute garlic and shallots in olive oil.
Reduce with whiskey (actually burn whiskey off).
Add water and chicken base, bring to boil.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, jerk seasoning, Montreal chick seasoning, dry parsley, and oregano.
Thicken with corn starch or roux.
Add mushrooms when taken off heat, stir, and serve over chicken steak or pork.

Lemon Chicken Montreal

Combine lemon juice and oil in a large bowl or freezer bag.
Add chicken breasts and marinate 1-2 hours.
Remove chicken breasts from marinade, place in baking dish and sprinkle with Montreal Chicken seasoning.
The marinade may be used to occasionally drizzle on the chicken as it bakes.
Garnish with slices of lemon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Montreal Salsa Chicken

Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste in a 9x13 dish.
Sprinkle chicken with Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning and allow to set for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together remaining salsa, preserves, lemon juice, and chili powder.
Grill chicken over medium coals 6-7 minutes per side or until done. Brush with salsa mixture during the last 3 minutes of grilling.

South Beach Tacos In 20 Minutes

Mix to combine spices for the taco seasoning. Heat skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add turkey and cook over medium to medium high heat while breaking up the meat with a spatula. After 3-4 minutes add chopped garlic and taco seasoning.
Continue to cook until turkey is done.
Usually you will want to use half the taco seasoning from the above recipe and save the remaining for another taco night. For stronger taco flavor use more seasoning.
To prepare tacos, use leaf lettuce as a taco shell and add condiments as you choose.

Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher; mash in butter and cream cheese. Stir in milk, bacon bits, Colby-Jack cheese, and steak seasoning. Season to taste with salt.

Chicken & Broccoli Burgers

Mix ground chicken with chopped broccoli and cheese (I used an 8oz bag of the Kraft Crumbles).
Add Montreal Seasoning and form into burgers. I bake them on a non-stick pan so no oil is needed and they still come out crispy (see photos).
I topped mine with Franks Red Hot sauce because I love that on my turkey and chicken burgers. My husband used BBQ sauce and said it was really good, so whatever condiment makes you happy, try on these burgers or just have them plain.
