Montreal Peppered Steak Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tsp. McCormick Montreal steak seasoning
1 to 2 lb. sirloin or strip steak
Preparation

Combine oil, soy sauce and Montreal steak seasoning in glass dish; add steak.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
(You can also make beef kabobs by chopping beef into cubes prior to marinating.
Alternate beef cubes with pineapple chunks on skewers.)
