Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.

Add gradually to creamed mixture.
Stir in mincemeat.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool and frost if you like.

Cream together brown sugar, shortening, vanilla and molasses.
Add in egg and mincemeat and mix well. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and spices, and stir into mincemeat mixture.
Chill cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Drop onto cookie sheet and bake 8 - 12 minutes.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs together, then beat in vanilla. Sift the flour, salt and baking soda together, and add to shortening mixture. Mix until well blended. Stir in the nuts and mincemeat and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
Mix 3 eggs in a bowl along with all the extracts (do not need to beat, just mix).
Empty cake mix into large bowl.
Add egg mixture and mincemeat.
Add alcohol if desired.
Mix thoroughly using mixer or by hand.
Pour into 9x13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out fairly clean (do not over bake- mincemeat keeps cake moist so use discretion).
Let cool for 30 minutes and remove from pan.
