Microwave hamburger on High for 5 minutes; stir.
Add onion and margarine and microwave on High 2 minutes and stir.
Blend in flour, garlic, pepper and soup.
Heat on High for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened, stirring 1 or 2 times.
Blend in sour cream (if using nonfat, add water to desired consistency).
Microwave on Medium-high 1 minute.
Serve over noodles (can substitute Butter Buds for margarine).

Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Mix chili, tomato sauce and hamburger meat together.
In a casserole dish, layer Fritos, hamburger mixture, then Cheddar cheese; repeat.
Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes.
Hand mix all ingredients until moist.
Do not use mixer or beat by hand.
Spoon mixture evenly in a 3-quart microwave casserole dish with cone insert.
Microwave on High for 12 to 14 minutes on rotating carousel.
Brown and drain hamburger.
Use 1 bowl microwave method to prepare instant potatoes while browning hamburger.
In glass mixing bowl or casserole, layer hamburger, green beans, tomato soup, potatoes and cheese.
Microwave until cheese is melted and beans are hot.
Crumble hamburger into 1 1/2-quart
Brown hamburger in a frying pan until well crumbled. Rinse under hot water, to remove any excess grease, in a colander. Return to frying pan.
While it is frying, add all other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 5 minutes or until sugar is melted and boiling, stirring occasionally.
Add to rinsed hamburger and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 - 45 minutes until all of the liquid is gone and the hamburger has turned dark brown and is crystallized.
Serve over rice.

Remove cover and microwave for 25 minutes on 50% power.

Combine all ingredients except chedder cheese in a casserole. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or cover and microwave for 8 minutes (microwave time depends upon your microwave). When time is up, place sliced cheese on top of casserole and place back in oven uncovered until cheese is melted or place uncovered in microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!
The prep time is estimated since I brown all meat for the week on the weekend and then use it as I need it.
Crumble hamburger into 2-quart casserole dish.
Add onion and garlic.
Microwave uncovered until
meat is firm, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir to break up meat.
Drain.
Use a 3-quart ovenproof casserole pan.
Press hamburger into bottom of pan.
Stand Tater Tots up on meat (cover entire top). Mix soup and milk together.
Pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
If using microwave, microwave at High for 30 minutes.
Stop during baking to turn several times so it cooks evenly.
Form 6 to 8 patties.
Spoon stuffing onto one pattie.
Take second pattie and form a ball around stuffing.
Repeat for remainder of patties.
Mix soups and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Place hamburger balls into casserole dish.
Pour soup mix over them and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Place in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Can also be placed in microwave for 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 3 or 4 large balls.
Brown and drain hamburger.
May be done in microwave or in skillet on top of stove.
Mix everything together, except save a little cheese to sprinkle on top after putting in casserole dish. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Let set at least 5 minutes before serving.
In a baking dish, put hamburger with diced onions.
Microwave 7 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
Stir every 8 minutes.
Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Microwave Velveeta and picante sauce or salsa in a microwave-safe bowl, at least 1 1/2-quart size, for 5 minutes or until Velveeta spread is melted. (Stir after 3 minutes.)
Stir in cilantro.
Makes 3 cups.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.

Brown hamburger with onion, stirring until crumbly.
Drain. Add cheese, soup and sauce, mixing well.
Place corn chips in glass baking dish.
Pour hamburger mixture over chips.
Microwave on High until cheese is melted.
Chop onions and bell pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Place in microwave dish.
(I use a browning dish which has a heating element in the bottom that works real well.) Cover dish with lid. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done, depending on your microwave.
If you desire, you can add spices for meat loaf. I have done this in the past; very good, quick and easy.
On large microwavable platter, start layering as follows: tortilla chips, Cheddar cheese, refried beans, hamburger, sour cream, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
After completing first layer of everything, begin with second layer in same order. When ingredients are gone, top with guacamole and jalapeno peppers.
Entire platter can be heated in microwave.
Serve immediately.
