Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all JERK SAUCE ingredients in food processor and pulse until well blended.
Put ground beef in medium mixing bowl, add JERK SAUCE, egg and breadcrumbs.
Mix ingredients thoroughly (I wash my hands and dig in, but you can use a plastic or wooden spoon).
Form an oblong meatloaf and put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and add MEATLOAF TOPPING using spatula to spread on top and on sides of meatloaf.
Continue cooking for 25 to 35 more minutes.
Mix all ingredients gently, but well and form into a loaf in a baking pan.
Do not overmix, as this tends to make for a tough (too firm) meatloaf.
Mix topping ingredients together and coat top of meatloaf.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0F
Cover for first 45 minutes.

Add pork and mix well.
Shape into a loaf and place into a small greased rectangular baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.
In a large bowl, combine first 12 ingredients. Mix until thoroughly blended.
Add bread crumbs and rice. Mix again.
Line a 9 x 5 in loaf pan with foil. Press in beef mixture and shape.
In a seperate bowl mix topping ingredients, mixing well. Spread over top of meatloaf.
Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
Drain off fat. Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Mix ketchup and A1 in small mixing bowl. Spoon on top of hot meatloaf and place back in oven for 15 minutes. Let meatloaf rest atleast 10 minutes before serving.
Mix everything together and pat into 2 loaves (apx 5\"x8\"). Freeze or bake at this point.
Mix the topping (brown sugar, ketchup and mustard) and spread on top right before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes (or Microwave for 15-20 minutes).
If from frozen - let thaw in refrigerator overnight, then add topping and bake.
