Balsamic Onion
Place lemon, limes, oranges and grapefruit in large wide saucepan so

SALAD: Top the spinach with sliced chicken, grapefruit, radishes, avocado, and onion if desired. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Serve immediately.
Day 1.
Cut up oranges, grapefruit and lemon in small pieces. In a heavy pot, combine the cut-up citrus with the water and leave for 24-hours.
Day 2.
Put pot on stove and boil for half an hour. Set aside for 24-hours.
Day 3.
Put pot back on stove and boil for half an hour. Add sugar and leave for 24-hours.
Day 4.
Simmer on low flame until marmalade is thick (1-1/2 hours).
Pour into jars, seal and water bath process 10-mins.
Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder together.
Cut or rub in shortening until well blended.
Mix grapefruit juice and milk.
Add to dry ingredients, adding just enough to make dough soft and not sticky.
Turn dough onto lightly floured board.
Knead a few strokes.
Pat to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into small biscuits.
Heat oven to 475\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes. Serve with butter and orange marmalade.
