With slotted spoon transfer beef into large bowl and add egg, salt, herbs, pepper and 1 1/4 cups jar sauce.
Stir in 8 ounces Mozzarella.
With small spoon, fill raw manicotti with meat mixture.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Spoon 3 1/2 cups sauce in bottom of 17 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan. Arrange 3 rows of manicotti lengthwise.
Cover with remaining sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan
and top with rest of cheese.
Bake covered with foil 60 minutes; bake uncovered 10 minutes.
Saute ground beef and onion.
Drain off excess drippings and add rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in baking pan.
Cook manicotti noodles, drain and stuff with meat mixture.
Place in baking dish with sauce.
Pour the rest of the sauce over the top of the noodles and spread extra cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Make filling by mixing first 8ingredients and 1 cup parmesan cheese.
Blend thoroughly.
Cook meat with garlic and onions
Sprinkle with salt and drain grease.
Stuff cooked noodles (gently) with filling.
Butter 12x15 baking dish.
Spoon tomato sauce in bottom of dish to cover.
Place stuffed shells in dish to completely fill.
Sprinkle meat over and around shells.
Spoon tomato sauce over shells generously.
Sprinke with 1/2 cup parmesan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes.
