Manicotti With Meat Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk (if too dry)
    about 18 manicotti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute first three ingredients in the butter or oil.
    Drain excess fat and cool.
    Add the next 6 ingredients (and the milk if needed).
    Stuff the manicotti.
    Spoon over a little of the sauce of your choice and bake covered about 40 minutes.
    Store overnight.
    The next day, spoon over remaining sauce and heat thoroughly.
