Ronco Meat & Spinach Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Ronco manicotti, uncooked
    1/2-lb. ground beef
    1/2-lb. Italian sausage
    1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained well
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (26-oz.) jar pasta sauce, divided
Preparation
    Cook manicotti as package directs, drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet brown beef and sausage, drain well. In a medium bowl, combine meat mixture and next five ingredients. Stuff manicotti with meat filling. Pour half of the pasta sauce into bottom of a 13X9-inch baking dish. Place manicotti in dish and spoon remaining sauce over manicotti. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, until hot.
