rost this cake with a Low Sugar Low Fat Cream Cheese Frosting or
Layer cake slices on bottom of large bowl. Sprinkle over Orange Juice.
Make up jelly, cool but do not allow to set.
Layer Satsumas and Bananas over cake and then pour over the jelly and let it set.
Spoon custard over the jelly.
Mix the fromage frais and the creme fraice and spoon this over the top of the custard.
Decorate Trifle with the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
/4 cup of sugar in separate bowl and mix
Strain with a cheesecloth or jelly bag.
Combine both liquids
ablespoon of Agar powder, the sugar, water and pandan leaf in

On a jelly roll pan, spray two circles
Add syrup,water and splenda to make a syrup.
Mix everything together then Bake at 325 for perhaps 10-15 minutes, stirring a few times.
This is not my recipe, picked it up off of a running site . My Mil needed a sugar free granola to make bars. Original recipe had ~2 c of dried fruits/raisins, etc, added after cooking ,as well as nuts This works well for mil to make granola bars as sugar free as she can!
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease and flour two medium loaf pans.
In a bowl combine egg, brown sugar, sugar, apple sauce, and margarine.
To bowl add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,nutmeg, salt, and vanilla.
Add flour slowly.
Add shredded carrots, zucchini and nuts.
Beat mixture (by hand or mixer).
Pour loaf into pans.
Bake 45 mins or 'til toothpick comes out clean.

Bake cake (no cholesterol) recipe.
Let cool good.
Crumble 1/2 of cake into a large bowl.
Chop 1 1/2 bananas in rounds.
Put on top of cake.
Chop 1/2 of the strawberries and put on top also. Chop 1/2 of peaches and add to top.
Add 1/2 of crushed pineapple (drained) to top.
Mix instant pudding and add on top of pineapple.
Then repeat the same steps for the next layer from all ingredients left.
Top with Cool Whip.
Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sugar and beat well.
Beat the egg yolks and add to the creamed butter/sugar.
Add the strawberry jelly and mix well.
Beat the eggs whites well.
Fold the egg whites in the butter/sugar/jelly mixture.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Pour in the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.
Add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.
Mix well.
Grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or cupcake cups.
Beat together the peanut butter, carrot puree, sugar, and magarine with wooden spoon until well combined. Add yogurt, egg white, yogurt, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Be careful to not over mix, there will be some lumps.
Divide batter among the muffin tin and put a spoonful of preserves on each muffin.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes until muffins tops are slightly brown and they are no longer runny in the middle.
The oven must be at a high degree. Grease a loaf pan.
Pour brown sugar into the loaf pan and add ketchup on the sugar.
Take another bowl to combine beef, eggs, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, onion, bread crumbs, pulse several times till becoming a homogeneous mass. Slowly add this mixture on top of ketchup.
Bake in a hot oven. Turn off the oven when the center is not pink anymore. It must be cooked in one hour.
Taste before serving, salt or pepper if desired.

Beat butter and sugar until light in color.
On medium speed, beat eggs in mixer.
Add sugar, jelly and margarine.
Stir in pecans and pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Lemon smoothy - lemon non-fat yogurt. Any flavor non-fat low-sugar yogurt.
In a small saucepan place sugar, jelly, fruit rinds and rum. Cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
Place sliced apples in a large saucepan.
Pour syrup over apple slices, add cinnamon and raisins and mix well.
Cook, partially covered for 18 minutes over medium heat.
Transfer mixture to blender and puree.
Cool before serving.
